China’s graphite electrode exports increase by 23.6% in the first half of 2021
According to customs data, China’s total exports of graphite electrodes from January to June this year reached 186,200 tons, a year-on-year increase of 23.6%.

Among them, China’s graphite electrode export volume in June was 35,300 tons, an increase of 99.4% year-on-year.

The top three exporting countries were mainly the Russian, with 5,160 tons, Turkey, with 3,570 tons, and Japan, with 2,086,000 tons. It is expected that China’s graphite electrode exports this year are expected to return to the level of 2019, exceeding 350,000 tons.
